Hi there! Welcome to the Club Penguin Wiki, the free online encyclopedia all about Club Penguin! We hope you enjoy your stay here.
If you want to discuss improvements to a page, use its Talk Page. A talk page is the discussion section for the page it is about. User's have their own talk pages so that different people can message them. The page you are on now is your talk page, which will be used to receive messages. Whenever you make a comment on a talk page, be sure to sign your post with your signature. You can do this by typing 4 tildes (~~~~). You can also click the 
button on the edit bar to do the same thing. There is also IRC, where you can also talk about the wiki (for help, or for general discussion about it) or socializing, like a talk page, but in real time.
Do you need help from an admin? Fill out this forum. (Note: You need to have a valid email set for your account)
All users have their very own User Page. User pages are pages where the user who owns the user page can tell things about themselves. Feel free to fill out your user page with information about yourself, and anything else you would like to say.
A few users called Administrators have extra tools to maintain the wiki. They have special abilities such as blocking users, deleting pages, reverting edits, and a few others. Administrators' names will normally show in green. A list of Administrators can be found here. If an Admin asks you to stop doing something, it is best to respect their request and do as you are told. Sometimes not listening to them in cases where you are breaking our policy may result in a block.
Before you begin editing, we also kindly ask you to read our policy first, to avoid any blocks and to be aware of our rules.
Editing is the act of changing a page, adding information onto it. Your knowledge of the game is the prime reason why we are a large website. Pages are divided into many namespaces, ranging from our article mainspace (about Club Penguin) to userspace (about you and the users) to projectspace (about the wiki itself). Articles are our most important pages that are informative and have information on different things on Club Penguin. An example of an article would be the Coffee Shop page. To edit a page, click the "Edit this page" button on the top of the page.
Please note that this wiki is not a forum, but we do have a forum that can be used to simply chat, talk about wiki issues or project new ideas!
If you make a mistake while editing, do not stress! Just go to the bottom of the article and click "Report a problem on this page". Just explain what happened. If you intentionally mess up a page, you will be Blocked from editing.
There are many more advanced things that you will learn as you go on. For more help on editing, see Our Editing guide. To understand how to contribute efficiently to this wiki and to easily familiarise with your surrondings, check out our Manual of Style.

You can also modify some of your account settings such as a custom signature at your Preferences.

Moving to the new wiki
Hi Everyone. We would like to let you know that the new wiki is now open, and fully moved. We are now at http://clubpenguinwiki.info/ - We invite everyone to come to the new wiki over the old one, as we will be mainly working on the new one and it will be much more updated, however the old one is going to remain open per wikia, but we discourage staying here as it is a bit of a a rival to the new wiki. The majority of users are now there, and not at the old wiki. We hope to work with wikia on this move, and basically merge the old wiki with the new one, and then we can all enjoy one wiki. For now, there are 2 of the same wikis, and we highly recommend that you leave this wiki and join http://clubpenguinwiki.info/ -- We just want to make sure everyone is aware, because it would not be fair if there way no way of letting everyone know that we moved, and everyone should have the decision to chose where to be. This message will be removed once everyone is aware the new wiki exists. We also wanted to point out that the new wiki has NO ads for now.

Moving to the new wiki
Once you go to the new wiki, make an account with the exact name of your old wiki account, and all your edits are restored. Simple as that. No further steps are required, just go ahead and edit the new wiki like it is the old one.

You have been blocked for violating the privacy policy (underage). Any user is allowed to edit here, but if they reveal that their age is under 13, they are subjected to be blocked until they turn 13. This policy is done due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). RE:Images Question
What we meant by making images bigger is that we get a larger image. Before we had this task, most of the images on the wiki are the size of the icons we see in the game itself (there are still quite a few today). To get a larger image, we extract the SWF file using a decompiler, such as Sothink SWF Decompiler, or SWF Decompiler. Once decompiled, there should be many parts to that one swf file. One of them will be the one needed (not all of them will have it). Print screen it (take a screenshot image), then paste it onto MS Paint or something like that. Save it, use PhotoShop or GIMP to make the background of the image transparent. Save that and you should have the good image. Hey drpepper.Here's what happened on cp. Craven (who was controlling your penguin) was on a date with another penguin when i came along. He asked me to leave, and I said "hides", but then since I really enjoy our friendship,I left, but they left too, and went to her igloo,so I couldn't follow. I looked at my buddy list later, and you weren't there because craven deleted me.
I only asked about mysfiction because I saw your penguin on a date with someone else, so I was wondering what happened.
