The Yellow Snorkel is a face item in Club Penguin. It was a free item during the Sub-Marine Party 2008. It was available in the Forest for all players. Not many penguins still have this item since it is EXTREMLY rare. There have been rumors Club Penguin may put this item in Treasure Book, but this has not been confirmed, and most likely this WILL NOT happen. Sorry!
