The Befluttered is a wig in 'Club Penguin. It cost 600 coins at the Gift Shop in the February 2009 Penguin Style catalog. It was remade from The Flutterby into a blonde version with a blue butterfly on it instead of a pink bow. It is popular like The Sidetied and The Flutterby.
