The Silly Scarecrow Suit was a free members-only item in Club Penguin. Club Penguin has once removed it from every inventory due to a glitch, but they have brought back the costume. It was found in the Haunted House during the Halloween Party 2009. This item is supposed to be worn with the Pumpkin Head. Due to the fact that this item was released two days before the end of the Halloween Party 2009, some players did not find out about this item.
