The Silly Scarecrow Suit is a body item in Club Penguin. It was free and it could be found at the Haunted House, but only members could have it. Club Penguin has once removed it from every inventory due to a glitch, but they have brought back the costume. It became an item available to all penguins when it returned in the 12th series of the Treasure Book.
