The Silly Scarecrow Suit (known as the Scarecrow in the Treasure Book) is a body item in Club Penguin. It was free and it could be found at the Haunted House, but only members could have it. Club Penguin had once removed it from every inventory due to a glitch, but they have brought back the costume. It became an item available to all penguins when it returned in the 12th series of the Treasure Book.
History
This item was released on October 30, 2009, two days before the end of the Halloween Party 2009.
