Shadow Guy, real name Sam, is a superhero that works with Gamma Gal. They normally appear in the Stage play, "Squidzoid vs Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal". They also appear in a Card-Jitsu card.

Costume

Shadow Guy wears a blue and gray costume with a Blue Cape, a blue mask, and a belt that says SG (his initials). His costume helps him blend into the shadows. If you put on the Shadow Guy Costume and do the wave action, you will do the Shadow Wave.

Origin

As revealed in the real-life book Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal: Heroes Unite! Shadow Guy's secret identity is a penguin named Sam, a reporter for the Penguin Times. He was electrocuted by one of Gary's inventions, the Toaster 3000 while he was interviewing Gary. Gary helped him learn to use his powers until he used them to defeat a large mutant blob of pizza dough. He was titled "Mysterious Shadow Guy" in the newspaper, thus he received his name. He later encountered Gamma Gal when attempting to defeat a giant sea monster.

• Can shoot glowing blue plasma from his hands.
• Can combine his shadow waves with Gamma Gal's plasma beams to create yellow lightning bolts.
• Can transform into a shadow and move around.
• Can collect other shadows and become a larger shadow.
