The Blue Cloud Background is a background in Club Penguin. It is the background for new penguins. It is free and Club Penguin distributes it to all players. Some older penguins are mad that they can't get this or the Red Hat.
History
The Blue Cloud Background was first released on June 27, 2011. It will always be very common because every penguin gets it when they first log in.
