Gary after the conclusion of his invention, the Pizzatron 3000.

Gary the Gadget Guy has been making his inventions since the launch of Club Penguin. Some of his inventions are around Club Penguin Island for normal penguins, but most were put in the Gadget Room, and thereby prohibited only for his private use. They usually have a number (1000, 2000, or 3000) as a suffix. An invention with the number 1000 is a prototype, and inventions with the number 3000 is the complete version. Gary mentions in Mission 6 that 5 of 10 inventions fail or explode due to the fact that he used too much jet pack fuel.

Prototypes

Image Name Description Year
Concept Sled The Concept Sled is a special sled invented by Gary, and is made of random parts from around the island. A pot was used as the steering wheel, and a hamster wheel from the Pet Shop is also used on the sled. 2006
Ski Lift 1000 The Ski Lift 1000 was one of Gary's failed inventions. It had spun left and right and had knocked down almost all penguins who rode it. The Ski Lift 1000 is much faster and much more dangerous than the Ski Lift. 2006
AC 1000 The AC 1000 is an earlier version of the AC 3000. The AC 1000 was located in the Gadget Room. One of these will keep things nice and cool. It is a slightly enhanced fan. It is used during a PSA mission, to move a flying/floating object. It can also use to suck things towards it. Despite its name, it is not an air conditioner, but a fan. 2006
Prototype Jetpack The Prototype Jetpack is different to the current model. The old Jetpack was just a small rocket with a rope tied around it. The Prototype Jetpack was unsucessful and had many malfunctions so it was never used and it was put into the Gadget Room. The rocket used in the prototype looks just like the rocket in the RocketSnail Games logo. 2006
Electromagnet 1000 The Electromagnet 1000 is the prototype of the Electromagnet 3000. If there is the actual invention, Electromagnet 1000, somewhere in Club Penguin, it has not been found. 2007
Alarm Clock The Alarm Clock is one of Gary's inventions. It looks like a clock, but if you click on it, it will lie on the table and a red light will light up on its back, making a loud siren. It can be found in the Gadget Room. 2007
Toaster 3000 The Toaster 1000 is one of Gary's failed inventions. It's a horizontal toaster which, as its only appearance proves, is unsafe. 2007
Sub 1000 The Sub 1000 is a failed invention by Gary the Gadget Guy. It was the first design for the Aqua Grabber. 2008

Orange Juice 1000 Orange Juice 1000 is one of Gary's failed inventions. Nothing is known of this invention other than it exploded when tested. 2008
Boom Box The Boom Box is another one of Gary's inventions. Once it turns on, it explodes shortly. 2008
Kite 1000 The Kite 1000 is a tracking device that first appeared in Secret Mission #9. It was used to locate the old Spy Phone (which was stolen by Herbert) via a tracking device tied to it. It was placed above the Ski Mountain, along with the other two tracking devices. Amazingly, you have to destroy the blueprints to make the contraption. 2008
Prototype Spy Phone The Prototype Spy Phone is a large, gray phone that was one of the first Spy Phones ever created. It was built by Gary. It was based upon the old cell phones that were invented in the 1990's. Unknown

It used to transport agents to nearly all of the rooms on Club Penguin Island. On May 27, 2010, the Spy Phone was replaced by the EPF Spy Phone, making it impossible to activate. This was Gary's first invention for public use.[citation needed] 2005
Crab Translator 3000 The Crab Translator 3000 was one of Gary's inventions, before it was destroyed. It was only used in Questions for a Crab to translate what Klutzy was saying. If you put fur in the special entrance the machine will show agents a "Loading..." message, after that an "analyzing" message and then it will show them the creature's habitat, favorite food, favorite activity and object information. If something is wrong with the fur you put in, it will not work and try to analyze it a second time. If it is closed it will look like a suitcase. 2007
Life Presever Shooter The Life Preserver Shooter is a gadget found in the Gadget Room during missions. It is used to shoot life rings to aide the penguin while playing missions. It is used in Case of the Missing Puffles and Avalanche Rescue. This item can be found in the Gadget Room when it's not being used. It is unknown how you could save more than two penguins with appears to be only two life preservers. 2007
Manual Climbing Mechanism 3000 The Manual Climbing Mechanism 3000 is a grappling hook used in PSA missions. It is made of a rope and a metal hook and was made by Gary for the PSA. It appears that PH used this to get to the Tallest Mountain in EPF Mission 8 to train with Flit and Chirp. 2007
