During the Lighthouse Donation, the Lighthouse and the Beach were being constructed/discovered. Penguins could donate up to 750 coins to the construction. In return for their donation, a penguin would receive a Lighthouse Donation Jumper and a revered red-and-white striped shirt. Since the donation happened a long time ago, the item is considered as "rare".
