The Kite 1000 is first appeared in Secret Agent Mission 9. It was used to locate your old spy-phone (Which was stolen by Herbert) via a tracking device attached to it. It was placed above the Ski Mountain, along with the other 2 tracking devices. Amazingly, you have to destroy blueprints to make the contraption.
