Jet Pack Guy is an Elitist who travels around Club Penguin with a Jet Pack.
- He appeared in the Secret Mission 2 who save a player in the forest.
- He appeared in the Secret Mission 10 who participated in a team for catch Herbert.
- Jet Pack Guy is a reoccurring character in the Elite Penguin Force game.
In Mission # 2, he rescues you when you finish the mission and wake up from sleep.
In Mission # 10, he is part of the team and asks you to refuel and fix his jetpack so he can get up and spy on Herbert.
He is also in the Club Penguin Elite Force game for the Nintendo DS and helps you in some missions.
