The Humbug Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. It can be purchased in the Penguin Style catalog for 350 coins, and only members can purchase it. It is part of the Scrooge costume. Similar items are the Humbug Spectacles, the Tri-color Scarf, and the Humbug Coat.
This is one of the two ways your penguin can have eyebrows. The other way being the Big Brow from the The Penguins That Time Forgot play.
History
The Humbug Hat was first released in the December 2009 edition of the Penguin Style catalog on December 3, 2010. It was re-released exactly a year later in the December 2010 edition of the Penguin Style catalog.
