The gym igloo was first released in 2006, and didn't come back until 2008. Before it came back, it had become one of the rarest items on Club Penguin, because the people who had it either bought a new igloo, or thier membership had expired. When it did come back in 2008, the penguins who did have it (if there were any) were probably very annoyed, or they might have been slightly happy to be able to change their igloo without losing their Rarity.
