The Gold Viking Helmet is a head item in Club Penguin. It was first released in February 2007, it was re-released in October 2008, and again in May 2009. It is also unlockable when you transfer it from Club Penguin: Game Day!. It is the most expensive Viking Helmet, and the second most expensive item in Club Penguin (excluding furniture and igloos).
History
The Gold Viking Helmet was first released in the February 2007 Penguin Style catalog. It returned in March 2008 in the Penguin Style catalog. In May 2009, when The Haunting of the Viking Opera debuted, this item came back, released in the Costume Trunk. It again returned during the The Haunting of the Viking Opera's first encore. It is also re-released in the Series 10 Treasure Book.

- When Club Penguin celebrated its 3rd Anniversary, there was a contest that if you won, you would receive a Blue Penguin Plush Toy with a Gold Viking Helmet on its head.
