Fred the Clockwork Cuckoo

Fred as depicted by the Penguin Times.

Fred is the clockwork bird that emerges from inside the Cuckoo clock in the Lodge. His name first appeared in Penguin Times issue number 87. He still exists today, appearing every half hour.
