History
This item was first released in the August 2006 Penguin Style catalog for the upcoming sports party, and has been re-released almost every year since then. It is a very common item, and is popular has always been a popular item among sports fans and members of the "Blue Team". However, it was most popular among penguins at the three sport-themed events on the island: Sports Day, the Penguin Games and the Stadium Games.
