The Video Camera is a special item that was given out to Member Penguins during the Penguin Play Awards 2010 in the Backstage alongside the Penguin Play Awards.

When a Penguin waves while holding the Video Camera, that penguin will look into the Video Camera and hold it up to their eye like they are recording something.
