The Befluttered is a wig. It costs 600 coins at the Gift Shop in the Penguin Style catalog. It was remade from The Flutterby into a blonde version with a blue butterfly on it instead of a pink bow. It is the blonde version of The Flutterby.
Its first and only appearance was in Penguin Style for February 2009.
