Holiday Party 2009

The Christmas Party 2009, Or Holiday Party '09 as said in the Newspaper, is a party that is confirmed by the What's New Blog (on a Reviewed by You). It will begin on December 18, 2009 and end on December 27. There will be a Sleigh Adventure for Members during this party. Plus, Rockhopper will be returning with Coins For Change 2009 and his ship is decorated once again like last year. It is also unknown if the White Beard and Santa Hat are making a comeback this year. Construction has now began on the Town and the Night Club. You can see the Launch Pad from the Night Club Rooftop on a crane, this will mean that the Launch Pad will be replaced with the Sleigh, and the Sleigh will come up from the Launch Pad. Also, construction has began on the Sleigh itself, it is currently located in the Dance Lounge.

The Sneak Peek of the Party.

Sleigh Adventure

One aspect of this party is that there will be a party room called the Sleigh Adventure. It will obviously be on a Sleigh and it might take members to the Tallest Mountain once again like in the Festival of Flight 2009. A sneak peak of it has been released as a login screen which shows four penguins on the Sleigh and there are presents in the back of the Sleigh. It might be a popular place for Santa Penguins. The Sleigh will be located on the Night Club Rooftop.

Gifts

The Christmas Party will be offering gifts for penguins. One has been already delivered, the Mystery Present. It will unwrap on Christmas Day and could be a very big surprise. Gifts might also be delivered on the Sleigh Adventure, as it is said on the What's New Blog. It is also already posssible to send gift postcards via Penguin Mail.

Trivia

• Rockhopper is confirmed to stay there during the party, but only until December 20th.
• Coins For Change started on December 11th 2009, the party itself starts one week later.
• The Santa Hat might return again.
• There will probably be construction for the party as it hints in an issue of the Club Penguin Times.
• There might be new free items, as said in issue #217 in the Club Penguin Times.
• according to the Club penguin times Aunt Artic will be there.
• The Night Club Rooftop  came back hosting the Sleigh Adventure.
