The Great Puffle Circus Ringmaster is a Yellow Puffle who is the ringmaster for the Great Puffle Circus. He wears a red ringmaster top hat and a brown moustache. He also carries a baton, which he seems to enjoy having, as he will twirl it around very often.

- He seems to also be a magician.
- If you watch him enough, he can also pull flowers out of his hat.
- He gets bored easily.
- He might belong to someone, although this is unconfirmed.
- He would appear to be amongst the most intelligent puffles.
- He is the only puffle to have a mustache, or maybe it is a fake one.
