The Blue Cape is a neck item in Club Penguin. It has been available at every Squidzoid vs Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal or Night of the Living Sled: Live plays at the Stage. It is part of The Costume for Shadow Guy. When wearing the full costume, which includes this item, you can do an action while waving. This item could also be found in the Series 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, and 12 Treasure Books.
