Rock Legend is a famous penguin whom, so far, is a non-existing character in Club Penguin. The only mention of him ever is a picture of him on the wall of the Lighthouse in the Music Jam 08 party. If looked at closely, one can see the words "Rock Legend".
Trivia
- His picture also appears in the Music Jam 2009, if you looked closely near the wall in the Coffee Shop, the same picture of the supposed Rock Legend from last year is shown.
- It is possible to look like him because the items have been released before.
- He appears to be a Club Penguin version of 1950s rock star Elvis Presley.
- It's possible that he was originally going to be an official character, but CP scrapped the idea.
- There are some rumors that he will join the Penguin Band.
- Most people are unaware that he exists.
