History

Merchandise for Club Penguin was known to exist in the United States before October 2008, however that is when it become "popular". A new "era" of Club Penguin merchandising was released on October 24, 2008, which is also known as Club Penguin's 3rd anniversary. Many new Club Penguin items not seen before were unveiled in stores around the country, with the most note-worthy being Toys "Я" Us, who had the largest selection of Club Penguin items. There was also a large celebration from 3 PM until 6 PM Eastern Standard Time when Club Penguin rented Times Square in New York (City), New York.

Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force

Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force was the first ever Club Penguin video game released for the Nintendo DS, and was also the first Club Penguin video game in general. It was released in all of North America on November 25, 2008, and was the first ever mention of the Elite Penguin Force. It is still being sold in the United States, along with many other countries around the world.

Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force (Collector's Edition)

The collector's edition of Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force was released in North America on September 22, 2009. It is exactly the same as the original in terms of game play. The only differences with this version is the box art (has "Collector's Edition") and it comes in a bundle set, along with other Elite Penguin Force themed items (such as a Nintendo DS stylus, Nintendo DS "Elite Penguin Force" skin, etc.). It is also still being sold in the United States.

Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge

Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge was the third and latest Nintendo DS game from Club Penguin. It is the sequel to "Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force", and was released in North America on May 25, 2010. It focuses on Herbert P. Bear's involvement in Club Penguin from the PSA Secret Missions until 2010. It is still being sold in the United States.

Club Penguin: Game Day!

Club Penguin: Game Day! was the first Club Penguin video game made for the Nintendo Wii. It was released in North America on September 21, 2010. The main purpose of the game is to "conquer the island" as whatever team you decide to play as. It is still being sold in the United States.
