The Gift Shop Manager is a lime green Penguin who manages the Gift Shop. He is only seen in Mission 10 "Waddle Squad".

In Mission 10 he gives you an Employee of the Month award for helping him set up a sale outside the Gift Shop.
As shown in Mission #10, he is very grumpy.
