Chirp is a specially-trained yellow elite puffle who appears in Elite Penguin Force. She can play the flute so loudly and high-pitched that it can break through almost any object, such as large ice cubes; without actually damaging the object inside. Chrip's sound can shortcircuit machines such as a Jet Pack. The player trains with your penguin in the eighth Elite Missions.

- Chirp was a character in the exclusive book, Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic, only shown during the Christmas Party 2008, in the Book Room.
- You train with Chirp on the Tallest Mountain on Elite Penguin Force.
- It actually wears a artist's cap when playing the flute.
