The '''Clock Tower''' is a structure located at the Snow Forts. It only tells Pacific Standard Time ("Penguin Standard Time"), which is the main time zone used in Club Penguin, to help penguins from varied time zones. It also tells the day of the week. On the side of the Clock Tower, there is a target that will spin around when hit with a snowball, which hints that this is the power source for the clock's internal mechanism; however it was just an encouragement for penguins to take interest in the Clock Tower, as it can work properly without the frequent mechanism boost. The '''Water Party 2008''' was a party in ''Club Penguin'' held from June 13 to 17, 2008. It was the second water party, the first being the Water Party 2007. The reason this party was thrown was the anniversary of the flood, caused in the Pool by a crab, which broke one of the windows. There weren't any member party rooms, but there was a party room, accessible by everyone, next to the Iceberg, the [[Mega Whale]]. You were able to throw water balloons instead of snowballs.
