Is it me, or do I see a grey penguin near the disco sign?

Unless there's something wrong with my vision, there is clearly a gray penguin by the disco sign. Sounds like a Penguin Storm user to me.

I do not think is it an edit. Why is it not an edit??

• Reason: If this was an edit, why didn't they edit out the dialogue as well while they were at it?

I also checked the original article on the What's New Blog. The user was called "Tripitarian". Does that sound like any moderator you know?
