Your signature must follow these rules:

 • You can only have 2 images.
 • Neither image can be over 20px
 • The
wikitext code should NOT be used in signatures.
 • Your signature must be a custom signature, as specified in your preferences. It cannot simply be a template that you leave after every comment, as they do not produce timestamps.
 • If you embed templates in your signature, you are limited to one template per user.
 • It may not contain any thick borders.
 • Your name must be clearly written as the first thing. An alias or a vague name at the start of a signature is often confusing and misleading.
 • Your signature can have a maximum length of 60 characters.

What!?!? WHY!?!?

Too many images or images that are too big in signatures mess up the spacing of the page.
messes up the sidebar and layout of the page when used incorrectly. Timestamps are also used for future reference. Thick borders sometimes block text. A mixture of these can break the page. Furthermore, we want to keep signatures sensible and tidy.

Consequences

 • A Staff member can use EditUser to set your signature to the default signature with no color. You may also lose the ability to change your signature in the future.
 • Repeat offenders may be blocked.
