The Candy Cane Hat is a free item given away in a postcard around the Holiday Party 2009. The only way to obtain it was if someone sent you the postcard. The postcard looked like, and probably was, a gift box. It had a big red ribbon and yellow-orange Puffle decorations. If you clicked on it, the Candy Cane Hat appeared and there was a tag saying 'Receive Gift'. Click on that and you will obtain it.
