Here you can read about the characters of (Not So) Elite Penguin Force! There are also pictures of them. All the characters are in the order they appeared in the story. Bold characters are bosses.

  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: Chill57181 is a penguin who loves party hats, puffles and most of all friends! He loves going on adventures - even if they get a little wacky.
• Orangey
  • Species: Puffle
  • Bio: Orangey is an orange puffle - and Chill's favorite. He also is really crazy.
• Sunburst
  • Species: Puffle
  • Bio: Originally from the Box Dimension, Sunburst was given a much nicer life by Chill57181 who adopted him. He is also an orange puffle.
• Speedy
  • Species: Puffle
  • Bio: Speedy is a grumpy black puffle. He enjoys Puffle Launch and Cart Surfer because they are - as he puts it - EXTREEEEME!!!!
• Lightning McQueen
  • Species: Car
  • Bio: A strange living, talking racecar from "Radiator Springs". He has lightning bolts and 95's painted on him. He seems to work for Elmo and Cookie Monster.
• Bouncer
  • Species: Puffle
  • Bio: Bouncer is the Elite Penguin Force's blue Elite Puffle. She has the talent of throwing snowballs.

  • Bio: A strange red puppet-like creature from the world of Sesame Street.
• Cookie Monster
  • Species: ???
  • Bio: A strange blue puppet-like creature from the world of Sesame Street. He is somewhat a glutton like LMGT.
• Mario Rk
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: Mario Rk is Chill57181's best friend, along with Johnny 115, Gary Numbah2 "GGD" and Lm34gt45 "LMGT". He likes the Super Mario series of Nintendo games, along with Kirby.
• Lm34gt45
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: Lm34gt45, or just LMGT, is one of Chill57181's best friends. He is a big glutton and is obsessed with cars and donuts.
• Pookies
  • Species: Penguins
  • Bio: Pookies, also known as bay bees or CP babies are toddler penguins. They are very common, and can usually be adopted at the Pet Shop. Some are extremely naughty, while others are very nice.
• Fred Figglehorn
  • Species: Weird 6-Year-Old Human
  • Fred Figglehorn (portrayed by Lucas Cruikshank) is a hyper 6-year-old who posts videos on YouTube. He also has anger management problems.
    • Other notes: Fred is not in (Not So) Elite Penguin Force; he is actually on the TV.
• Johnny 115
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: Johnny 115 or just Johnny (Jonny on CP) is another one of Chill57181's best friends. He loves the color red, and has blonde hair.
• Fonzie
  • Species: Human
  • Bio: From Happy Days, this "cool" guy came out of the TV. Chill and his friends don't like him so they ditched him. He gets mad and returns as a boss in Chapter 8.

  • Bio: One of Chill's friends. He usually wears an agent suit, fedora and ice skates.
• Explorer
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: A blue-propeller cap wearing penguin from the world of fanfiction, he is a good friend of Chill and the others.
• Turtle carrying a Mushroom
  • Species: Sea Turtle
  • Bio: A random sea turtle carrying a mushroom found in Johnny's house.
    • Other notes: He is a reference to TurtleShroom.
• Oscar the Grouch
  • Species: ???
  • Bio: A strange, grumpy green puppet-like thing from the world of Sesame Street. He is always inside something so many people wonder if he even has legs.
• Fourth Wall
  • Species: Brick Wall (I guess)
  • Bio: An ill-tempered wall, he always smashes onto people that break himself. He is kind of a "running gag" in the story.
    • Other notes: The Fourth Wall is the Chapter 1 boss, and assists Weegee and Angry Penguin in Chapter 6.
• Kirby
  • Species: Jelly Ball??? (Or something)
  • Bio: A pink...round...guy...from Dreamland. He likes to inhale things. He got wiped out by the Void once.
• O'Chunks???/Pookie
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: Actually a really young pookie, O'Chunks??? is able to copy O'Chunks' appearance and voice completely. She ends up crying everytime they find out that she isn't O'Chunks. O'Chunks??? also likes unicorns.
    • Other notes: O'Chunks??? makes an appearance in Chapter 1, but isn't a boss until Chapter 2.
• Rookie
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: A rookie of the EPF and originally PSA, Rookie makes mistakes that other agents wouldn't. He also loves hugs and has a pet computer bug named Buggy Wuggy Duggy Muggy Huggy.
• Gary the Gadget Guy
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: Gary the Gadget Guy is the EPF's (and originally PSA) Tech Lead. He invents many gadgets.
• Buggy Wuggy Duggy Muggy Huggy
  • Species: Computer Bug
  • Bio: Rookie's pet computer bug. He was swallowed by Kirby but was eventually spit out. He is a red computer bug.
• Sharkbate/Wikibate
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: A good friend of Chill and his friends. His best friend is Hat Pop. He can also be hypnotized by Uberfuzzy into becoming "Wikibate" an evil version of Sharkbate forced to attack his friends.
    • Other notes: Wikibate is a boss in Chapter 3 with the rest of the Wikia Team, and returns in Chapter 8, once again with the Wikia Team - but this time with Fonzie.
• Hat Pop
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: A good friend of Chill and his friends. Her best friend is Sharkbate. Similar to how Chill loves party hats, Hat Pop loves bunny ears.
• Uberfuzzy
  • Species: Puffle
  • Bio: An evil, grumpy brown puffle and the head of Wikia. He can hypnotize Sharkbate into becoming Wikibate.
    • Other notes: Uberfuzzy is a boss in Chapter 3 with the rest of the Wikia Team, and returns in Chapter 8, once again with the Wikia Team - but this time with Fonzie.
• Sannse
  • Species: Penguin
  • Bio: Sannse, a unique, Hot Pink penguin, is the 2nd-in-command of the Wikia Team.
    • Other Notes: Sannse is a boss in Chapter 3 with the rest of the Wikia Team, and returns in Chapter 8, once again with the Wikia Team - but this time with Fonzie.
• Scarecroe
  • Species: Penguin Scarecrow
  • Bio: Scarecroe is a penguin who is dressed up as a scarecrow. His attacks almost never work because his only attack is "Scare Crows" but it only works on crows and nothing else.
  • Other notes: Scarecroe is a boss in Chapter 3 with the rest of the Wikia Team, and returns in Chapter 8, once again with the Wikia Team - but this time with Fonzie.
