That's not his real name! His real name is Lane Merrifield.

Real life

Lane Merrifield , otherwise know as Billy Bob was born and raised in Silicon valley. At the age of either 14 or 16 (he's contradicted himself) he took a job working at Disney Land where he received some of his inspiration to create Club Penguin. He was amazed by how quickly even simple trash was dealt with and how well people took care of one another "behind the scenes". Customer servie became very important to him, he admitted,"It's what keeps my up at night". He later in life left Silicon valley for Kelwona, British Columbia to spend more time with his family. He worried this meant he was giving up a chance at a good business career.

He enjoys Starbucks cofee.[1][2][3][4]

He has admitted to "sneaking a lot of beta things in his igloo [5]
