The Yellow Belt is an body item in Club Penguin that you can earn in Card-Jitsu. This is the second belt in the ninja hierarchy. Sensei gives this to you after earning a White Belt and a number of wins after that. After you have earned the Yellow Belt, you will be eligible to be able to earn the Orange Belt.
