The Buckle Boot Pin is a pin in Club Penguin. It is located in the Dance Lounge and all penguins can obtain this item for free. It represents St Patricks Day, as the Club Penguin Team could not release a St Patricks Day Party in 2010 due to the fact the Penguin Play Awards 2010 was coming up.
