Spy Headquarters (P.S.A. Headquarters) is a very secret area in Club Penguin that can only be accessed by Secret Agents. Secret Agents can either access it by pressing the "Visit HQ" button on their Spy Phone, or by going into the farthest right changing room in the Sport Shop. Secret Missions can be played here. By clicking the monitors, you can travel all over club penguin.
History
When Spy Headquarters was first constructed, it was only a small room. Later, penguins helped expand it into what it is today.
