It is available for members in the Penguin Style for 500 coins, and free if it is unlocked in the Treasure Book, where all penguins can obtain it.It is worn by female penguins on Club Penguin.It never returned since it was in a separate catalog.It is blond hair tied up in two ponytails.Some female non members wear this as it is in the treasure book.
