In the series 11 Treasure Book and the December 2010 edition of Snow and Sports, this item was paired with the Hockey Helmet, Hockey Stick and Hockey Skates.
History
This item was first released in the August 2006 Penguin Style catalog for the then-upcoming sports party, and has been available at some time every year since then. It is a very common item, and has always been a popular item among sports fans and members of the "Blue Team". However, it was most popular among penguins at the three sport-themed events on the island: the Sports Party, Penguin Games, and the Stadium Games.
