The Silver Whistle is a neck item in Club Penguin. It is sometimes available in the Snow and Sports catalog. Penguins can also purchase it during the plays Blue Team Rally 2 and Team Blue V.S. Team Red. It is also unlockable when you transfer it from Club Penguin: Game Day! If you wave while you have the whistle, you'll make a whistle sound.
