It was found in the Haunted House during the Halloween Party 2009. This item is supposed to be worn with the Pumpkin Head. Due to the fact that this item was released two days before the end of the Halloween Party 2009, some players did not find out about this item. It became an item availible to all penguins when it returned in the 12th series of the Treasure Book.
