The 3rd Year Party Hat is an uncommon head item that was given out during Club Penguin's 3rd Anniversary Party. It was available to all penguins in the Coffee Shop, just like all other anniversary party hats. In order to get this party hat, you had to hit the switch on the Wish-Maker 3000, causing some cake to fall, revealing the party hat. So far, it is the first and only party hat to have more than two colours.
