The Blue Belt is a body item that all penguins can get after beating a certain amount of penguins in Card-Jitsu. It is the fifth belt you earn in Card-Jitsu. You will receive a letter from Sensei telling you that you have completed half of your training once you receive this belt. Only Sensei can give you this item.
