The Puffle Training Room can only be accessed through the game Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. Here Elitists are trained by Agent PH to handle Elite Puffles.
It can be accessed in the Dojo after you've become an EPF Agent.
How to enter
In the Nintendo DS video game, Dot (Agent D) gives you a puffle pin. You place the pin on the wall and the wall opens up.
Trivia
In the center of the room there is a screen which is used during one of the Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force game. In the mission, the Director talks to you through it.
