The Newsletter is similar to the Newspaper of Club Penguin. The difference, however, is that it is only available on the Nintendo DS Game, Elite Penguin Force. It usually gives updates on what happens on Club Penguin, E.G. Holiday, or Party. If you have Nintendo Wi-Fi connection on your DS, then you can download the newsletter via the Internet.
