The Newsletter is similar to the Newspaper of Club Penguin. The difference, however, is that it is only available on the Nintendo DS Game, Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. It usually gives updates on what happens on Club Penguin, e.g. Holiday, or Party. If you have Nintendo Wi-Fi connection on your DS, then you can download the newsletter via the Internet.
