Flit is a green elite puffle. He appears in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force and in a Christmas book called "Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic". He has the ability to fly and retrieve objects that penguins can't reach.

In the Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force game the Jet Pack Guy said in Mission 8: "Well, Flit here flies faster than a snail tied to a rocket or even a penguin with a jetpack. It's impressive, really!". This was obviously a reference to Rocketsnail Games, the creator of Club Penguin.
