The Conga Drums are a neck item in Club Penguin. They were available for members in the Music Jam 2010 and Music Jam 2011. They could only be purchased in the Back Stage from the Music Catalog. If you play it in the Lighthouse with the Drumsticks, the music sounds like the drums. If you put them on alone, you can't play them, you can only dance.
History
The Conga Drums were released on July 8, 2010 at the start of the Music Jam 2010. It was re-released on June 16, 2011 at the start of the Music Jam 2011.
