The 2nd Year Party Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. It was only given away during the 2nd Anniversary Party, like all other anniversary party hats. It's the only party hat to be found at the Book Room. It is considered a rare item.

History

The 2nd Year Party Hat is a rare item. It was popular during the 2nd Anniversary Party. However, not many penguins were sure that there was even a party going because the only place decorated was inside the coffee shop, so not many penguins claimed the item.
