Herbert Percival Bear, Esquire (species: Ursus maritimus, or more commonly known as the Polar Bear) is a character that is enemy of Elite Penguin Force and wants to destroy Club Penguin. He was the main enemy in Secret Missions, and was the cause of the troublesome events of Mission 3 to The Great Snow Race.
