The Celebration of Water is an event in Club Penguin that prepares for the release of Card-Jitsu Water. The Bucket Hat is given out to all penguins at the Snow Forts.

The first item can be found at the Stadium and it’s a bottle of a drink.
The second item can be found at the Coffee Shop on the table and it’s a cup of coffee.
The third item can be found at the Pet Shop and it’s a bowl of fish.
The fourth item can be found at the Cove and it’s a bottle of water!
The fifth item can be found at the Book Room and it’s a cup of coffee.
The sixth item can be found at the Lodge Attic and it’s a glass of water.
The seventh item can be found at the Beach and it’s a bucket of sand!
The eighth item is the fish symbol of Card Jitsu and it can be found on the roof of the Ninja Hideout.

Sensei can be found in the Ninja Hideout. It is currently unknown if he wears his Water Suit
