The Chill Out is a wig in Club Penguin. It costs 450 coins in the Penguin Style. Only members can buy this. In the January 2011 Penguin Style catalog, it goes with the Pilot's Jacket, Messenger Bag and the Running Shoes. A similar item is The Tuned In except it has silver headphones.
